On a recent road trip, we were inspired by Matt Mitchell, the founder of Bless this Rank, to try as many fast-food restaurants as we could in a week in Alabama. None of these restaurants are available in my resident state. You, reader, will benefit from our gluttony!
Our first stop was Krystal. I had the spicy chik biscuit, and it was messy but amazing.Next, we tried Foosackly’sAt Foosackly’s, I got a two-piece snack, and it came with Texas toast. Because toast. The next day, we went to Whataburger.I needed to eat something healthy, so I tried the Cobb salad. It was surprisingly excellent. After that, Jack’s. I again got a two-piece chicken “snack” with a biscuit and green beans. The biscuit was good, but it was mostly a vehicle for butter. Finally, our last fast-food stop was at Milo’s. I got the five-piece chicken nuggets. Milo’s was good, but it was also kind of pricy for what you got. The crinkle-cut fries in Alabama are awesome!
I would eat a lot of fast food if I lived in Alabama.
