Today, I have two meals to share with you: Asian-inspired potstickers, and Indian-spiced riced cauliflower.
I had the potstickers for breakfast. With 14 grams of protein (and another 3 grams in the dip), it was hearty.
The riced cauliflower was a delicious, low-calorie dinner. The entire bag of riced cauliflower contains less than 100 calories, so it’s a great option if you’re hungry but trying to cut back on calories.
