I revisited the Loma plant-based meals this week. They are good, but we bought so many that we’re struggling to eat them all!
I realized after maybe my 10th packet that the Tikki Masala packet tasted more like chili than anything, so I heated it up, added a little additional water and cheese and chili powder, and voila it was chili!
I had some Loretta All-Purpose Baking mix. I’m pretty sure it came from Dollar Tree. I followed the instructions on the box to make biscuits. I made them in a toaster oven.
It was an excellent $2 meal, and I ate it for both breakfast and lunch! Then I got hungry again and ate other things…
