I have been an on-and-off vegetarian ever since I was 12 years old. At age 12, I had some neighbors raising rabbits to eat, and I thought that was gross. I stopped eating meat, but I am pretty sure I never told them.
I’m currently not a vegetarian, but I’m still trying to eat less meat. These Dollar Tree veggie burgers are excellent – 130 calories, 5 grams of protein, and tons of vegetables. The ingredients are potatoes, veggie oil, carrots, green beans, corn, bell peppers, onions, salt, green peppers, sugar, ginger, cellulose gum, citric acid, and spices. They have an Indian-inspired flavor, and they are great!

These veggie burgers are good on their own, or on a bun. They are much lower in saturated fat and calories than beef burgers. I love them!
